 Reception facilities
The functioning of the structure and the responsibility for the hotel, catering and congress facilities are entrusted to the Consorzio Villa Gualino, (the Villa Gualino Consortium), a company controlled by Finpiemonte with the participation of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, which has in lease from the Piedmont Region the whole complex both for the management of the facilities and for the implementation of the restoration work and re-functionalisation.
The reception and congress structure, on reservation and authorisation from the Piedmont Region, is available to public and private bodies, for the presentation of conferences, seminars, workshops, masters courses and for the hospitality of visiting professors, young researchers and, more generally, participants engaged on intercultural and training exchange programmes.
The enviable position in the Turin hillside and an efficient service structure make the Villa Gualino a high profile reception centre, coherent with the aims of the regional Project. From the seventy-two rooms currently available to guests, one can enjoy a lovely view of the city and its hills; the bar, the places where you stay, the wide terraces and the park's walks enable one to take a very comfortable break from work and the convenience of the internal car park solves the problem of searching for parking spaces.
