Greetings from the President of the Consortium Villa Gualino

Greetings to the new www.villagualino.net web-site in the Internet global universe that permits the Villa Gualino to start a process of shared and shareable knowledge by way of innovation and rapid communication.

The ambitious project of the Regional Administration to create an international level structure at Villa Gualino for the promotion of research and advanced training programmes and for the carrying out of cultural and scientific exchange initiatives has now been fully implemented.

The initial project, enriched in 1994 with its installation at the European Foundation for training, sees the whole complex completely restored, the scientific institutions, promoted by the Region, working in Pavilion E, purposefully built in order to offer a suitable headquarters for the implementation of their activity, and the offer by the Consortium Villa Gualino of efficient hotel and congressional hospitality services as well as qualified maintenance intervention, both ordinary and extraordinary, inside the complex.

As is already happening for the Piedmont Region web-site, which is one of the richest and most consulted Italian Regional web-sites, we hope that this one also will be visited frequently, in order to promote knowledge of the regional project and to offer those who may be interested the possibility of using the services offered by Villa Gualino.
